- If most of you thought that the first tip will have something to do with make up or the spa, you were wrong. The very first thing you need to do is to get plenty of sleep every single day. It would be advisable to get at least 8 hours of sleep daily. Lack of proper sleep will show up on your face in the form of dark circles and dull skin tone. They don’t call it beauty sleep for nothing you know!
- The next thing you need to do is to make sure that you eat properly. Eating very little or too much will not help you at all. You should make sure that your meals are appropriate in quantity and full of nourishment.
- Being clean and staying clean will also help you look good. Just a splash of water in the morning will not be enough, especially when you have to deal with all the pollution in the cities. If your skin is not clean then it will look dull and might even develop dark spots.
- Keeping your skin moisturized will also help you look fresh and good all the time. The easiest way to do this is to make sure you drink plenty of water every day. Remember that dry skin does not look good and can be a result of even small things like prolonged exposure to air conditioners.
- Don’t use too much makeup, especially when you need to wear it for extended periods of time, because most makeup generally have lots of chemicals that can harm the skin. It is also a good practice to remove all your makeup before you go to sleep at night.

- Don’t let your skin be exposed to the sun for too long as it can cause it to dry out and get damaged because of the UV radiations from the sun.
