Easy Appetizer Recipes For Parties
1. Goat Cheese Appetizer
Ingredients
- 8 to 12 ounces Goat cheese or feta (marinated and broken into large chunks)
- 2 teaspoons Olive oil
- 5 sprigs fresh Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Whole pink peppercorns
- Sliced baguette or crackers (for serving)
Procedure
- Preheat the oven at 325 degrees F.
- Take the cheese in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Now transfer the cheese to a serving bowl and drizzle olive oil over it.
- Garnish with thyme and peppercorns.
- Serve with baguette or crackers.

2. Chicken Skewers And Peanut Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breast halves (boneless and skinless thinly sliced lengthwise into 12 strips)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil (toasted)
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 Garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1/4 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- Vegetable oil
Procedure
- Take the chicken in a bowl and a teaspoon of red pepper, soy sauce, sesame and garlic.
- Toss to coat the chicken thoroughly with the spices.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper and thread the chicken into the skewer.
- Heat the grill to high and apply oil to the grate.
- Cook the chicken until it is opaque throughout.
- In a bowl mix the peanut butter, vinegar, red pepper flakes and a little water.
- Serve the chicken with the dipping sauce.

3. Coconut Shrimp
Ingredients
- 4 dozen medium Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 3/4 cup Coconut (shredded)
Procedure
- Take the shrimp in a bowl and sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Take each shrimp and dredge it in flour. Then dip it in egg and again dredge it in flour.
- Now, coat the shrimps in shredded coconut.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line the shrimps in a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.

4. Cheese Puffs
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Coarse sea salt
- 1 ½ Water
- 1½ cups All-purpose flour
- 1¼ cups sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup Butter (cut into chunks)
- ½ teaspoon Pepper (fresh and ground)
- 6 large Eggs (beaten to blend)
Procedure
- Take the water in a pan and add the butter to it. Boil over high heat.
- Remove from the heat and add the flour.
- Stir until it forms a smooth paste without any lumps.
- Now add the eggs one quarter at a time and beat vigorously after each addition.
- Add the pepper and cheese when the dough doesn’t look slippery.
- Transfer the dough into a pastry bag fitted with half round tip.
- Grease two to three baking sheet with butter and pipe 45 lumps of dough into it.
- On top of each lump sprinkle a few grains of coarse salt.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F until the puffs are golden.
