  • 2 ½ cups Flour
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 ½ cups Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp White Sugar
  • Waffle Iron
Method
  • Lightly grease the waffle iron and preheat it.
  • Take a large bowl and add flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt to it and mix well.
  • In another bowl, take out egg yolks and beat them nicely and add milk, vanilla and vegetable oil. Blend them together.
