If you are interested in a short-duration, crisp comedy, then 'The President Is Coming' is just the movie The President Is Comingfor you. This 90-minute theatrical comedy will entertain you thoroughly with its witty dialogues and tongue-in-cheek humor. The plot of the movie is completely character-driven, with each of the individuals having certain distinct, eccentric traits. From a divorcee novelist to nerdy software engineer to a self-center brainless daughter of a billionaire, the characters in 'The President Is Coming' provide you a lot of variety.

As the six protagonists compete with each other, to meet President Bush, we get to see their idiosyncrasies, which results in some side-splitting humor. Throughout the movie, it is the dialogues that create laughter. Right from Anubhav Pal's screenplay to Jabeen Merchant's editing to Kunaal Roy Kapur's direction, everything adds together to make 'The President Is Coming' an entertainer. There are no unnecessary characters in the movies, while the climax brings across a sensibly-handled surprise.

'The President Is Coming' is a movie that relies completely on performances. Konkana Sen Sharma, as usual, was at her very best, while Ira Dubey was perfect as the brainless rich kid. Anand Tiwari's Gujju character, Namit Das's geek look and Vivek Gomber's wannabe 'firang' attitude impressed us no end. Satchit Puranik looked like the typical social worker, while Shernaz Patel was good as the bitchy-boss and Shivani Tanksale as her mistreated colleague. All in all, it is a movie worth your 90 minutes and your 150 bucks.
