Hallelujah Diet Plan
This diet menu consists of raw organic vegetables and fruits, every day three portions of supplement called barley max and one meal of cooked grains and vegetables with a little oil. Fruits constitute about 15% of the daily food allowed. Dinner is the only meal where cooked food is allowed.
For breakfast, you can have one serving of barley supplement made from organic barley and alfalfa grass juices in powder form.
You can have one cup of vegetable juice, one portion of fresh fruit or one part of vegetable supplement.
You can have one serving of barley supplement, and one portion of fruit or a raw vegetable salad.
You can eat one cup of vegetable juice of carrot or celery sticks and 1 vegetable supplement.
You can have one helping of barley supplement, a large bowl of green salad with vegetables, a bowl of cooked grain or baked potato, brown rice, baked sweet potato, legumes, boiled veggies, whole grained pasta, vegetable sandwich of whole grained bread or squash.
You can have fresh fruits or a glass of pear or apple juice.

Foods that are prohibited under Hallelujah diet plan are animal products, dairy products, refined flour, sugar syrups, alcohol, caffeine drinks, artificial drinks and juices, preservatives, canned fruits, salt and sweeteners, and non-organic dried fruits. Hydrogenated fats and oils, white rice, anything produced from refined flour, candies, gums, roasted or salted seeds, and nuts are also proscribed.
