After a worldwide publicity generated by its ‘One Lakh Rupee Car’, Tata Motor’s has made yet another pioneering approach in its commercial vehicle segment. It has announced the launch of a luxury variant of India’s only Maxi Van, Winger.
Previously, the Winger range has been launched by Tata Motors in all the four regions of India and gained a good response. This range is designed to provide triple benefits - the comforts of a car, spaciousness of a bus and the ease of attending to the long distance transportation needs.
The luxury variant is currently available in two attractive colors – Pearl White and Arctic Silver. Aptly priced at Rs. 6.75 lacs, it effectively meets the BS-III norms and is backed by a warranty of 1.5 lakh Kms. or 18 months.
Interiors and Comfort
The 9+1 seater luxury variant of Tata Winger is available with plush, two-tone beige interiors. The full fabric, bucket type seats are fitted with adjustable head restraint and reclining back rest along with individual arm rests. It has a high roof AC with roof mounted vents.
The comfort factor of this Winger variant has been further enhanced by all front-facing seats with magazine pockets, spot lamp, bottle holders and grab handles. It has a wide head space and leg room with a spacious luggage room as well. Its moulded roof linings and anti-skid Vinyl flooring will surely take to you to the next level of comfort and pleasure.
Exteriors
The exteriors of Winger Luxury are as impressive and captivating as its interiors. The highlighting exterior features of this luxury Maxi Van includes body colored front and rear bumpers, door handles and ORVM (Outside Rear View Mirror).
It also boasts of its sporty decal and clear lens, motorized head lamps with the front and rear fog lamps.
Safety Features
The luxury variant of Winger launched by Tata Motors incorporates various internationally certified safety features as well. These features comprise of child safety lock on sliding doors, side impact beams & rub-rails on both sides, rugged engine sub-frame, front & rear anti-roll bars and door-ajar warning lamp for driver and co-driver.
