  • 3 large Sweet Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • 10.75 oz Tomato Soup
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tbsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp Nutmeg
  • 1 unbaked Pie Crust (9 inch)
Procedure
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium pan, add water and put in chopped sweet potatoes. Bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes with a lid on.
  • In a mixer, add the boiled sweet potatoes and pour in cream. Beat until the potatoes are no more, and just a thick paste is left of them. Beat until the mixture is fluffy.
  • In a different bowl, mix brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and tomato soup together and beat for few minutes. Now pour in the sweet potato paste and beat some more.

For Filling
  • 1 ½ cup dark orange Sweet Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tbsp Cloves
  • 1/8 tbsp Ginger
For Streusel
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ¼ tbsp ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chopped Pecans
  • ¼ cup chopped Walnuts
Procedure
  • Place a cookie sheet inside the oven and preheat to 425°F.
  • In a medium pan, add water and put in chopped sweet potatoes. Bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes with a lid on.
  • In a mixer, add the boiled sweet potatoes and pour in evaporated milk. Beat until the potatoes have been turned into a thick fluffy mixture.
  • In a different bowl, mix brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and corn syrup together and beat for few minutes. Now pour in the sweet potato paste and beat some more.

For Sweet Potato Filling
  • 2 ½ cups steamed Sweet Potatoes (mashed)
  • 1 ½ cup Evaporated Milk
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup granulated Sugar
  • ¼ tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp Ginger
  • ¼ tbsp Nutmeg

  • 4 Egg Whites
For Pecan Filling
  • 6 Egg Whites
  • ½ cup granulated Sugar
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 ½ cup Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup fresh Pecan Halves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Procedure
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sweet potato filling and beat until the mixture is fluffy and smooth. Set aside for later use.
  • In another bowl, add the eggs, granulated sugar, salt, corn syrup, and canola oil. Mix them together until they’re well combined.
