Special Things To Do For Your Boyfriend

Though this may sound quite sexist, a lot of importance is put on women’s needs, especially the romantic ones and let’s admit it, we are often at a loss of what to do in return or to make our boyfriends feel special. A very small majority of men would be interested in clothes, most of them do not think of jewelry till they need to buy for us and would feel quite embarrassed if we gifted them flowers. In fact, unlike us women, who need to be pleased with sensitivity, soft music, flowers and et al, men often joke that all a woman needs to do to please them is to show up naked and bring beer! Jokes apart, there are some ‘decent’ things that women can do to please their boyfriends. For instance, below are some things that will make your boyfriend feel special. In addition, remember, no man will give you an insight on this!

 

“I Love You”
Most of the times, a simple “I love you” said at the right time will make all the difference. Men, unlike us women are too shy to say that they need to hear those three golden words from you. He will feel great nevertheless if he hears those words from your mouth. 

Yummy Love
As we often keep saying, the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach and that you could never go wrong with a home cooked meal, with one or two of his favorite dishes. This is especially effective if you know your boyfriend has come back from a hard day at the office, only to find the dinner waiting for him at the table. It doesn't matter if you're not the world's greatest cook, he'll appreciate the effort. Make sure you set the table, dim the lights, turn the idiot box off and concentrate all your attention on your man; savour the moment, as it will be most pleasurable. 

“What’s The Score, Honey?”
A woman who takes interest in a man’s hobbies, no matter how boring they may seem, earns easy and quick brownie points. You don't need to become expert enough to comment about how T20 was the worst thing that happened to cricket as a game (that would probably freak him out anyway!) but if he is really into cars then ask about any unusual ones you see when you are out and about. If he's a sports fan keep yourself updated about the developments in the sport that he loves most, and find out when their games are on TV so you don't plan for him to do something else. Going along to the occasional game or race day with him won't kill you, you might even enjoy it. 

Boys Will Be Boys
Suggest that he go out with the guys occasionally. This will get you serious brownie points apart from giving you some quality time with the girls; come on, we all know that you have been neglecting your girl friends for a while now and they need you too. Make an effort to get to know his friends and their girlfriends. Even if they are not the type of people you befriend, it will make life a lot easier for him if you can all hang out together sometimes; and if you do like one of his friends’ girlfriends, you have got yourself another pal to hang out with! 

Mommy’s My Girl
Be considerate with his mother and try to earn brownie points with her. He will love you for it. Remember her birthday and don’t forget to send her flowers of her choice or a small gift. If you are a good cook, you could bake a cake for her too. Never let him come between you and another woman, especially his mother. Support her when she ends up having an argument with your boyfriend; even if you two team up against him, he will not mind and will actually see it as a good sign. 

“You’re Beautiful…”
You are beautiful and sexy and just because your boyfriend doesn’t always have the time or the sense to say that you, you don’t have to be doubtful about your appearance. Be well groomed and look your best at all given times. He will really enjoy it if you match his feelings for you by being physically confident. In fact, confidence is the one sure thing that draws men to women, even if men may contest it. What drew him to you was also confidence and, if you lose it just because you have him now, he will wonder what happened to the women he fell for. This works regardless of your level of intimacy.
