One of the biggest telecommunications giant in India, Samsung Telecommunications India (STI) has launched a new entry level color mobile phone in the country, to be known as Samsung Guru100. One of the major design and technology leaders in the Indian mobile market, Samsung has launched the new handset in the sub-Rs. 2000 band and priced it at Rs. 1949 only. However, the company has made sure not to compromise on the quality and features of the mobile phone.
Samsung Guru 100 has been equipped with the mobile tracker technology and comes with a 9-hour long battery. Apart from that, it offers a 65K color display to the customers and even provides them the option of setting MP3 tunes as the mobile ringtone. To add to the attraction, the users can even download their favorite ringtones/songs. Even if that wasn’t enough, Guru 100 comes with two popular Bollywood hits already stored as ringtones. The cell phone has a bar shape and supports 900/ 1800MHz network.
Other features of Samsung Guru 100 include 128 X128 LCD screen, powerful speakerphone, phone memory of upto 500 entries, SMS and MMS service, Hinglish messaging and Java games.
