The wait is finally over. The 80th Oscar Awards ceremony was held on 24th February 2008, at Kodak Theater in Los Angeles (California). As usual, the glitterati of Hollywood dazzled on the red carpet and set the floor on fire. Some of the winners were the same as the Golden Globe ones, like Daniel Day-Lewis who won the best actor award for ‘There Will Be Blood’ However, there were some surprises too, like ‘No Country For Old Men’ won the award for the best motion picture.
