When we heard about 'Mere Khwabo Mein Jo Aaye', it seemed that it was about women empowerment, about a female who decided to get back her self-confidence and attain her long-forgotten dream. However, what we got to see was a fantasy man, dressed in all sorts of stupid costumes. Yes, we are talking about Randeep Hooda, who seemed to dominate the screen throughout. The story and screenplay left a lot to be desired. For instance, there was no explanation as to why the married couple drifted apart.
Less than an hour into the movie, you feel that it is more of a nightmare than a 'khwab' (dream). Talking about technical aspects, Viraj Sinha's cinematography was just about okay, while the music was listless. Raima is such a talented actor, how come she ended up doing a film like 'Mere Khwabo Mein Jo Aaye'. While Arbaaz was wasted in the film, Randeep was unintentionally funny. Neil Bhoopalam was the only supporting actor who managed to stand out. As for Ashwini Kalsekar, Anjan Srivastava and Suhasini Mulay, they didn't get to do much.
