Mahindra Logan Edge

After the worldwide facelift of Logan, the Indian version of the car also gets an update. Launched as a special edition of the Mahindra Renault’s highly successful Logan passenger car, Mahindra Logan Edge is a car with attractive exteriors and comfortable interiors. Though the car is ranged moderately, it is equipped with certain attractive features like parking sensors, anti-lockbraking and electronic brake distribution systems (ABS & EBD). The car is presently available in three new colors including the exciting new Mystique Purple color. With a stunning body look, it is also available in both petrol and diesel variants.

 

The exteriors of Logan Edge are not very different from the Mahindra Sedan Logan. Exterior features like Adjustable Headlights, Fog Lights, Manually Adjustable Ext. Rear View mirror and standard wheel covers are available in the car. Other features like Body colored body side molding, Body colored bumpers, Body colored door handles, Body colored front grille, Body colored side view mirrors, Chrome plated front grille, Front fog lamps with clear lens, Full wheel covers, High mount stop lamp, Highly stimulating body graphics, Mud flaps, Muffler cutter with chrome at the rear, Reverse light, Roof antenna & radio prewiring as well as Windshield wiper (2 speed + intermittent) are also available in the car.

 

The interiors of the Logan Edge look quite classy with the plush beige leather upholstery and rich touches of a wood finish centre console. The car's interiors have been designed specially on customer's survey and are thus quite comfortable. Apart from being spacious, the car is also equipped with comfort features like Front Head Restraint and Mobile Arm Rest. Other interior features include Moulded floor carpets & roof lining, Sunvisors, LCD Display, Boot opener, Front door nap pocket, Glove box light, Silver painted centre fascia ,Special badge flaunting Limited Edition along with Sporty gear shift lever knob with silver finish.

 

There are five variants of the Logan Edge Car available between the ranges of Rs 499,990 to Rs 715,319 (ex-showroom Delhi).  Here is the list of the variants and price range of Mahindra Logan Edge. 

There are two types of Engines available in Mahindra Logan Edge Car- Diesel Engine and Petrol, Engine. The Petrol Engine of the Car is available in Logan Edge 1.4 GLX, Logan Edge 1.6 GLS and Logan Edge 1.6 GLSx models. The powerful petrol engine delivers a power of 85 PS @ 5500 rpm with a peak torque of 13 @ 3,100 (kgm@rpm). The range of displacement of the engine is 1500-3000 cc. The engine is equipped with features like hydraulic steering and disc front break and drum rear break.

 

The Diesel Engine of the Car is available in the Logan Edge 1.5 DLS turbodiesel and Logan Edge 1.5 DLSx turbodiesel variety. The powerful petrol engine delivers a power of 66 @ 4,000 (PS@rpm) with a peak torque of Maximum Torque: 16.3 @ 2,000 (kgm@rpm). The range of displacement of the engine is 1400-1500cc.
