Tired of the words - small, compact and sleek? Don’t worry, help is at hand! LG India, the Indian arm of South Korea-based conglomerate, has announced the launch of its new range of widescreen entertainment notebooks. Comprising of two models, E200 and E300, the range promise to delete the words ‘small and compact’ from your vocabulary. E200 has been introduced with a 12.1 inches wide-screen.
On the other hand, E300 will come with 13.3-inches wide-screen. Both the models have been built with power-saving modules, which ensure an extended battery life. The new laptops launched by LG have an elegant and chic curl-fit design and come embedded with LG Fine Bright LCD Technology, which promises to present vivid and life like images before you. They will have a glossy Black finish, adding to the appeal.
LG E200 and E300 notebooks will also come with high definition multimedia interface (HDMI) technology, which enables them to provide uncompressed, crystal-clear digital video and audio through a single cable only. The person working on either of them will just have to connect a HDMI cable to digital TV or LCD monitor and voila, he will be able to enjoy digital entertainment contents on the laptop itself.
Both the laptops have been powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processors, along with ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 for their graphics. The other major features of LG E200 and E300 include LG Smart Cam (Web Camera: 1.3 Mega Pixel), HDMI Port, 5-in-1 Multimedia Card Reader (XD/SD/MMC/MS/MS Pro), Express Card Slot (34) and Built-in DVD Writer.
