Recipe 1
 
Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Irish Whiskey
  • 3/4 cup Strong Hot Black Coffee
  • 1 tbsp Irish Cream
  • Whipped Cream
  • 1 tsp Grated Chocolate 
Method
  • The first step towards making Irish coffee is to pre-warm a stemmed glass or coffee mug.
  • Place the required amount of brown sugar into the stemmed glass or the coffee mug.
  • Pour 2 tbsp Irish whiskey in the glass and then, follow with strong hot black coffee.
  • Once you have poured both the whiskey and coffee, put some Irish cream into the mug, over the back of a spoon.
  • Garnish the coffee with whipped cream and finish it with chocolate.
  • Do not stir the coffee. Sip your drink through the whipped cream.
 
Recipe 2
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ shots of Irish whiskey
  • 2 - 3 Sugar Cubes
  • 6 ounces Hot coffee
  • Whipped Cream 
Method
  • The first step would be to heat a stemmed whiskey goblet or stemmed glass coffee mug with hot water.
  • Now, pour in Irish whiskey and add sugar to it.
  • Fill the cup with black coffee, until just one inch of the top is left.
  • Now, stir gently to dilute sugar, while mixing coffee and whiskey.
  • Now, all you need to do is top off the brim with whipped cream.
  • Do not stir after adding cream. Remember, the best flavor is attained while drinking the coffee and whiskey through the cream.

Ingredients
  • 1½ oz Irish Whiskey
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 6 oz Hot Coffee
  • Heavy Cream 
Method
  • Take a coffee mug and put whiskey, sugar and coffee in it.
  • Now, stir whiskey, sugar and coffee well, until they combine well.
  • Float cold cream gently on top and serve.

Ingredients
  • Fresh Strong Black Coffee
  • 60 ml Irish Whiskey
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar, or to taste
  • Double Cream
  • Grated Chocolate 
Method
  • The first step would be to whisk the cream until it is thickened slightly.
  • Thereafter, gently warm a glass in hot water.
  • Now, pour the whiskey and sugar in the glass.
  • Add the coffee, filling the glass so that there is at least ½ inches of the top.
  • Now, gently pour the cream onto the top of the coffee. Use the back of a spoon to prevent splashing.
  • Add a sprinkling of grated chocolate and serve.
