Instructions
- First of all, drink two glasses of water, one after the other.
- Go into the bathroom and position yourself in front of the basin/pot.
- Using a rubber band, tie you hair back. At the same time, pull away any loose clothing.
- Now, open your mouth wide.
- Single out your index or middle finger and press it onto the back of your tongue.
- Start stroking the back of your throat, with the help of your finger.
- Continue with the stroking process, till you feel gagged and the vomit starts coming out.
- After you feel that you have vomited enough, clean your mouth with water.
- Finally, have a glass of lemon juice.
