Things Required
- Plain Flour - 4 cups
- Water - 4 cups
- Fine Salt - 2 cups
- Cooking Oil - 4 tbsp
- Food Colors (optional)
- Kool-Aid Powder (You can use different flavors to get different colors and aromas)
Directions
- Collect all the required ingredients and mix the dry ingredients as one.
- Take water and add food color to it. It solely depends on your wish, if you want colorful play dough. To add color, put the water in a separate bowl.
- Combine every ingredient in a large pan and heat it over medium flame.
- Stir the mixture constantly so that it doesn’t get lumps, until the dough becomes stiff and smooth.
- Once the mixture attains stiff consistency, take it off the heat. Allow the mixture to cool and knead it until it becomes smooth.
- Store the playdough in an airtight container. When not in use, you can keep the dough in the refrigerator to keep the bacteria growth down.
