How To Make Gripe Water At Home

Gripe water is given to babies suffering from stomach ailments. Its discovery is credited to William Woodward, in England during the 1850s as a natural cure for gas and indigestion in babies. Earlier commercial gripe waters contained alcohol, which has now been stopped due to ethical issues. The most effective gripe water is made from dill and fennel seeds. Gripe water must be fed to the baby throughout the day, two to three spoonfuls a day.
