Homemade Glue Recipe
 
Recipe 1
 
Materials Required
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Corn Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • ¾ cup Cold Water
Procedure
  • Combine water, vinegar, and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  • Stir cold water and cornstarch in a separate bowl.
  • Gradually add this mixture into the corn syrup combo, stirring continuously. Henceforth, boil the mix again.
  • Continue cooking for a minute and remove from heat.
  • Allow the mixture to cool and transfer into a container. Set aside for overnight before using.

Materials Required
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • A pinch of Baking Soda
  • Cheesecloth (for filtering)
Procedure
  • Combine milk and vinegar in a small cup. Stir well until well blended. You’ll notice clumps in the surface and a clear liquid underneath.
  • Place cheesecloth over another cup and push it slightly into the center.
  • Pour the milk mixture and strain. Squeeze out the liquid through the cheesecloth.
  • Discard the milk clumps and add baking soda to the strained liquid.
  • Stir well and use.

Materials Required
  • 1½ cups White Flour
  • 2 cups boiling Water
  • 1 cup cold Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Alum
Procedure
  • Mix together flour and sugar in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Gradually pour in cold water and beat thoroughly to prevent any lumps from being formed.
  • Heat the mixture on medium flame, adding boiling water slowly. Stir to make a smooth paste.
  • Boil the mixture and continue cooking until you get a little stiff concoction.
  • Remove from heat and add in alum. Leave the mixture aside to cool to room temperature.
  • Pour into an air-tight container and use.
