Things You'll Need
  • Almonds
  • A container
  • Blender
  • Cheesecloth 
Procedure 
  • Place a cup of almond in a container which is large enough to hold the almonds and 4 cups of water.
  • Add 4 cups of water to the container holding almonds and place the container in the refrigerator for one night.
  • Remove the container from refrigerator the next day and put the water and almonds in a blender. Blend almonds until smooth.
  • Strain the blended almonds through the cheesecloth.
  • You can drink almond milk or can even add cereal into it or can use it to make some smoothie.

Ingredients 
  • 4 cups of filtered Water
  • 220 g Raw Almonds (Unsalted and Uncooked)
  • 1 Vanilla bean (Without Seeds) 
Procedure 
  • Soak the almonds in water for at least 8 hours. Soaking will help soften the almonds.
  • Blend almonds along with 4 cups of water. Add in the vanilla extract and continue blending until well mixed.
  • You can add agave syrup, rice syrup, honey or any other healthy sweetener if you want almond milk to taste sweet.
  • It is also important to strain the almond milk prepared, otherwise you will take in almond pulp as well. Use something like a sieve or layers of cheesecloth to strain out almond milk.
  • You can store the almond milk in the refrigerator for 4-7 days. Make sure to shake it well before every serve.
