  • Breathe in and out of a paper bag. Do not use plastic bag for the purpose and don’t do it for more than 1 minute.
  • Breathe in and out quickly.
  • Close your eyes and apply slow, gentle pressure to the outside of the eyelids, over the eyeballs.
  • Drink 1-2 tbsp of dill pickle juice or balsamic vinegar.
