Being overweight contributes a great deal to a plump body, include flabby arms. And trust me, extra fat and loose skin on arms comes across as one of the biggest turn off in a woman’s personality. Though more seen in fat women, the problem is not limited to them. In fact, many-a-times, flabby arms haunt even women with great bodies. Rather then being an escapist, you need to undertake some efforts to lose those flabby arms. In this context, exercise comes as the best option for you. However, you will have to make sure to give patience and time to the body to lose all the extra fat from the arms.
