  • Apples
  • Knife
  • Peeler
  • Sugar
  • Freezer Containers/ Bags 
Instructions 
  • First of all, you need to select the right kind of apples. Make sure that they are firm and crisp.
  • Now, wash the apples thoroughly and let them dry.
  • With the help of a peeler, peel the apples and cut them into small wedges, with a knife.
  • Next, sprinkle sugar over the apples, 1/4 cup sugar for each quart of the fruit.
  • Stir the apples well, to mix in the sugar properly.
  • Place the apples in the freezer bags/containers, making sure to leave 1/4 inch of headspace.
  • Seal the bags/containers properly and put them in the freezer, making sure to mark them with date.
