- Get an old newspaper from the storeroom.
- Spray the water-vinegar solution on the window panes.
- Crumple a piece of newspaper and drench it with the solution.
- Wipe the windows clean with the drenched newspaper.
- Take another piece of newspaper and crumple it.
- When the solution on the windows is almost wiped away, use the dry, crumpled paper to wipe it again.
