Lalit Pandit has provided the music for the film. The protagonist of 'Horn OK Pleassss' is Govinda, played by Nana Patekar, who is a love struck millionaire truck driver. Despite being a millionaire and owning a Mercedes, Govinda loves being simple and down-to-earth. This is why he drives around in a truck, reliving the days when he was a truck driver. He loves his wife (Rimi Sen) dearly. A great believer in love, he saves the life of a heart-broken photographer, Ajay (Muzammil Ibrahim), who tries to commit suicide. When Govinda comes to know that Ajay is in love with a married woman, he makes a plan for Ajay, to kill the husband of the woman.
Little does Govinda know that the person for whom he plans the murder is he himself, as the woman Ajay loves is Govinda's wife only. The other characters who enter the scene are Rocky, uncle Balam, brother Champak, etc. The irony of the situation is that Govinda plans his own murder. The movie is hilarious in nature and full of confusions, as there are many look-alikes in it. It is a complete laughter riot, with full of funny events that the 'lovers' encounter in their love life. 'Horn OK Pleassss' is a good pick for people who want to have a good laugh at the expense of naive love.
