  • 1 Banana
  • 2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder
Preparation
  • In a blender, take together skim milk, peanut butter, banana and protein powder and blend till done.
  • Pour it in drinking glasses.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup of Orange Juice
