Almond Cappuccino
 
Ingredients
 
  • 4 cups Evaporated skimmed milk
  • 2 quarts Brewed coffee
  • ½ cup packed Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
 
Instructions
 
  • Mix coffee, milk and sugar in a large saucepan and stir.
  • Cook the mixture, stirring continuously until the mixture begins to boil.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the required extracts.
  • Serve hot.
 
Peppermint Cappuccino Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 small Peppermint pattie -- unwrapped and quartered
  • 2 teaspoons Milk
  • 1 cup hot Brewed coffee
  • Whipped cream
 
Instructions
  • Place peppermint pattie pieces and milk in a large microwave-safe mug.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds at high or until candy is melted and smooth when stirred.
  • Stir in hot coffee until mug is almost full.
  • Top with whipped cream, if desired.
  • Serve immediately. 
 
Orange Cappuccino Coffee Mix Recipe
 
Ingredients
 
  • 1 cup Instant coffee
  • 1 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 cups non-fat dry Milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry Orange peel 
Instructions
  • Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend till the powder becomes consistent.
  • Mix 1-2 teaspoons of this mixture with one cup boiling water for individual servings. 
 
Instant Chocolate Cappuccino Mix Recipe
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground Nutmeg
  • 1 cup chocolate Milk powder
  • 2 cups instant Coffee
  • 3/4 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Store the combined mixture in an airtight container to be used later.
