Grilling Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter, melted and hot
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 3 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Dry Tarragon
Instructions
- Take a saucepan and put onions, vinegar, tarragon and pepper in it.
- Put the pan on flame and bring the ingredients to a boil.
- Stirring continuously, reduce the mixture to about 1-2 teaspoons of liquid.
- Take off the pan from flame and let the mixture cool.
- After the mixture cools down, put it in blender and add egg yolks.
- Let the mixture blend well.
- Melt the butter.
- Putting the blender on high, slowly add butter.
- As soon as the entire butter gets mixed in, use/serve the sauce.
