The wait is finally over. Fiat released its new sports model in the Geneva Motor Show of 2008. Fiat 500 Abarth is as good as the previews promised it to be. The torque transfer control system of the car improves traction, especially in cornering. With this, the sports car has come in the same league as the Grande Punto Abarth, which comes packed with a 155-hp version of the same engine. Fiat 500 Abarth offers you a sporty driving, combined with the best technology, safety and engineering.

The other features of the sports car comprise of big wheels and low tires, wider air intakes, a rear air diffuser, double exhaust pipes and red caps for the external rear mirrors. The automobile also has Abarth badges all over it. Fiat 500 Abarth is expected to go on sale, through the exclusive Abarth network, by July 2008. During the Geneva Auto Show, the company officials also hinted on the plans to launch Abarth 500 SS model, packed with 180 cv.
