Chicken Taco Soup Recipe

Chicken Taco Soup Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Totilla Chips
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 3 tbsp Salsa
  • 2 tbsp Cheese, shredded
  • Oil, for cooking
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste 
How to Make Chicken Taco Soup
  • Take the chicken breast and cut it into small (bite-size) pieces.
  • Put oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces.
  • Lightly sauté the chicken and add carrot, celery and onion.
  • Add water to the pan, enough to cover the ingredients.
  • Stir well and simmer on high flame.
  • When the water starts boiling, add cilantro and mix well.
  • Season the soup with salt, pepper and salsa.
  • Let it simmer, till the carrot becomes tender.
  • Chicken taco soup is ready.
  • Pour into cups, garnish with shredded cheese and serve with tortilla chips on the side.
