Canon SX100IS

One of the strong competitors in the field of digital photography, Cannon has launched a yet another high performance camera for the snapshot lovers in India. The new Canon PowerShot SX100IS has stunning looks and spectacular features. It has a compact body, which makes it extremely portable. The biggest advantage of Canon SX100IS is that it can be easily handled by the amateurs as well as the expert users, as it is equipped with both automatic and manual controls, keeping in mind the user application.
 
The camera has a 10X optical zoom lens, which brings action extremely closer. It also comes with an 8.0-megapixel CCD image sensor and shields a lot of noise. You can view your pictures on a 2.5-inch Canon SX100IScolor LCD display, with 172,000 pixels. Canon SX100IS also has an amazing telephoto power and to match the same, it comes aided with an effective optical image stabilizer, to keep the shakes to a minimum. The camera has a face detection feature, which can detect up to nine faces in a scene.
 
Along with this, it can also decide which face to focus on. You can operate the LED even while focusing in dim light. For the experienced photographer, there's a wide range of customizations available at hand, including a range of ISO sensitivities (from 80 to 1,600 equivalent), metering modes, auto-exposure and flash exposure locks, flash output control, white balance options, adjustable image sharpness, contrast, and color options. Moreover, it is available in two classic colors - black and silver.
