Canon has established itself as a leading company in cameras. Last year, it came out with G7 camera, silencing all the critics of Canon’s 'prosumer' G range, who were predicting the downfall of the high-end compacts. Around a year later, the company has launched a model in the G range, named as G9. With the new digital camera, Canon has increased the pixel count from 10MP to 12MP and even enhanced the size, from 2.5 to 3.0 inches. It has also reinstalled the raw shooting capabilities, which were missing in G7.
G9 will serve as the perfect replacement of G7, providing new features like addition of wireless flash

If that wasn’t enough, you will also get ‘Hot shoe support’ for Canon Speedlite flashes. The camera comes with battery pack, a battery charger, 32 MB memory card, interface cable, AV cable, neck strap, canon camera software disk and a warranty card.
