Determining Right Bra & Cup Size
For this wear your best fit bra which should not be padded or minimizer bra. Take a measuring tape (in inches), paper and pencil. To find your exact bra & cup size, you need two variables of your frame size, including frame and chest+breast.

  • First of all, measure around your ribcage just under your breasts with the measuring tape. Make sure that your breast tissue is not measured. Write down your frame measurement on the paper.
  • To get your bra size, add 5 to this number. If the resultant number is odd, round up to the next even number. Like, if your frame size is 28 inches, and you add 5 to this, you will get 33 inches. Then you must round up to the even number i.e. 34 inches (seeing as bras only come in even numbers).  So, 34 inches is your bra size.
  • Now, the other measurement is done over your breasts, covering the fullest part of your bust. Precisely, you must have this measurement while wearing an absolutely comfortable bra. Measure the diameter of your chest+breast, and write down this number.
  • Simply subtract your bra size number from the chest+breast size number. Whatever is the difference, refer the given table to find out your cup size.
