The innovations in IT industry never seem to come to an end. The latest company to release a new product is BenQ. It has launched its S41 Joybook model, which boasts of having a 14.1 widescreen display, in the Indian markets. The Joybook also claims to have a quick response time of 16ms, apart from Laminated Color Metal (LCM) and POP art technologies. These technologies have been built with the aim of allowing the display of various designs on the Joybook's metallic cover. In the other words, you can now expect your notebook to have a stylish and contemporary look.
BenQ's S41 Joybook comes equipped with Nvidia GeForce 8600M GS graphic chipset. The chipset has been combined with up to 1GB of TurboCache support, with the duo promising to provide the users spectacular visual performance. On top of that, they can also enjoy the most intense 3D visual effects for latest games. The HDMI output of the Joybook allows transmission of HD digital video of up to 1080p resolution. Along with that, it also supports high-bandwidth, uncompressed digital audio playback, via a single cable.
This cable will help connect the Joybook with HD-enabled equipments, such as HD DVD players and gaming consoles. BenQ's S41 Joybook comes with a built-in 1.3 megapixel QEye webcam, an internal microphone with noise suppression, echo cancellation functions and dual 1.5W speakers, which have been enhanced by SRS TruSurround XT technology. Other features include integrated wireless WAN, 802.11a/b/g/n wireless LAN and built-in Bluetooth. The launch price of S41 Joybook is Rs 47,000.
