Auto Expo is one of the most awaited and popular events held in India. The venue is the spacious and modern Pragati Maidan, located in New Delhi. Auto Expo 2008 will be the ninth time this fair is being held in Delhi. The chosen dates for the exhibition is from January 10th - 17th, 2008. The exhibition is being jointly organized by Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India, (ACMA) Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).
The Auto Expo 2008 will feature some of the best commercial vehicles along with luxurious automobiles. One can always check out auto components, garage equipments and funky accessories at the Auto Expo. This year, the exhibition is all set to create a record of sorts. The exhibitor participation is expected to be above 1200 from over 25 countries. The visitors are expected to be over 1 million, of which 1,50,000 would be business visitors.
